1. How long does shipping take?

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Customers pay customs duties and taxes. Some restrictions apply.
3. How can I cancel my order?
Please reach out within 2 days of placing your order if you need to cancel. Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be cancelled once they've entered our shipping workflow. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to receive the package and process a return instead.
4. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return items. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing and refund.
5. What are the additional costs for international orders?
We cover all the customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and currency conversion fees.
6. Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Allow 2-4 days for your order to process and the tracking to update. If tracking does not update after processing, let us know by sending us an email so we can resolve this issue.
7. Where is my shipping confirmation?
24-48 hours for shipping confirmation emails. Holiday orders may take longer due to high demand. Check your spam folder if no email is received.
8. I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. Email support@trytrevia.com for address updates.
9. What if I want to cancel an order or change my mind?
To cancel your order, please email us within 1-2 days of placing it. Orders that have already entered our fulfillment process cannot be cancelled and must be returned instead.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via confirmation email within 24-48 hours. You can track your package by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email, logging into your account under "My Orders," or entering the tracking number directly on the Track Order page. If you can't find your tracking email, check your spam folder first.
